Special Report Finds Resistant Infections Surged in Hospitals in 2020

This just-released report from CDC indicates that antimicrobial-resistant hospital-onset infections and associated deaths have increased significantly since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The mission of Trana Discovery is to help overcome antimicrobial resistance by finding potent and specific anti-infectives that work by a novel mechanism of action not previously exploited in systemic infections.
